Toto Scope reconstructs the operating structure of any company in the world from publicly available data, and makes it something you can open yourself.
Why it exists
For most of the last two decades, knowing how another company was actually organized was a bespoke research project. It took weeks, it cost a great deal, and only the largest enterprises ever commissioned it. The answer arrived as a slide deck, already going out of date.
Toto Scope exists because that work should not be a project. The same reconstruction of reporting lines, team boundaries, locations, seniority, and cost, down to the Individual Contributor, now runs on demand for any company you name, and keeps running as the organization changes.
Where the data comes from
Every organization in Toto Scope is reconstructed from publicly available data, cross-referenced across billions of data points. No access to the company being mapped is required, and nothing is sourced from customer uploads or private feeds.
Each person and reporting line carries a confidence level, so a well-evidenced part of the structure can be told apart from an inferred one. Team cost is modeled from salary data rather than reported by the company.
